We are mindful of the impact the COVID Pandemic and the current Stay at Home Orders are having on some families and its impact on their ability to pay school fees. Catholic Schools Broken Bay are committed to ensuring that no family will be denied a Catholic education because of financial difficulties. To support our community through this period we have expanded our COVID-19 Fee Support program to include COVID-19 Lockdown Support.
COVID-19 Fee Support Packages
COVID-19 Job Seeker Fee Support
Parents/carers in receipt of Job Seeker are eligible for a reduction of up to 100% of their child’s Education Fee for Terms 1 to 3. Payments on the balance of fees will commence from Term 4, 2021.
COVID-19 Lockdown Fee Support
Where as a result of the lockdown the income of one or both parents/carers has been reduced by at least 20% and current year fees were up to date prior to the lockdown (paid up until the end of May 2021), parents/carers will be eligible for a reduction on school fees due and payable in July and August. Payments on the balance of fees will commence from Term 4, 2021.
Applications close at the end of the lockdown or Term 3 whichever is greater. Parents/carers must have a balance on their account at the time of application, and assistance will be capped at this amount.

Other pathways for Fee Support
The COVID Lockdown Fee Support Package is designed to provide short term assistance during the lockdown. If you require longer term assistance or don’t meet eligibility criteria, we have other pathways available for fee assistance. In some instances, an application for Financial Hardship may be more appropriate, as it will enable a personalised fee support assessment based on your individual circumstances. Please contact the Fee Liaison Team (firstname.lastname@example.org or 9847 0728) to discuss these options and the application process. Your School Principal can also provide support and guidance on your options for fee assistance.
“Throughout this time of uncertainty, let us never cease in our care for one another.”
